She was born at Swan's Island June 13, 1880, daughter of Isaiah and Lucy (Stanley) Stanley.
She was a member of the Advent Christian Church at Minturn.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Alberta Buswell of Minturn, Mrs. Edna Dyer of North Haven, Mrs. Hazel Firth of Rockland; a son, Sydney of Rockland; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Advent Christian Church, Minturn, the Rev. Linwood Louden officiating. Burial will be at Grindle Hill Cemetery, Swan's Island.
Friends may call at Fernald Funeral Chapel, Mt. Desert, Friday afternoon. Death certificate signed by Dr. J. B. Leith Hartman. She was buried in Grindle Hill cemetery, Swan's Island. Capt. Nelson A. Sprague-3136 and Clara Etta Stanley-1755 had the following children: |
