Oct. 27, 1821, son of Thomas7 Olive Smith Trundy (DI); Olive Smith being of the Smiths of Vinalhaven, Tom Trundy, Jr., first lived in Sunshine where he built the present (1934) Freeman Sprague house, near Pioneer Thomas Stinson's site, now resided in by Chas. Mcdonald; then he moved onto Trundy's Point (named for him) in Oceanville onto the Lufkin Place, where his dau. Mary who m.Gus Gross lived and died, and where deaf Jim Gross last lived as accupant. Julia d. in Oceanville and was buried in Greenwood cemetery, her stone reading; "Julia C., wife of Thomas S. Trundy, d.June 18, 1888 aged 52-2-21."
