Barbour, 78, widow of Emery F. Barbour, of Rockland died today at a rockland nursing home. She was born at Swan's Island, January 11, 1879, the daughter of Levi and Matilda (Staples) Joyce.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. William E. Koster of Rockland; three sons, Clinton A. Barbour of Rockland, Shirley D. Barbour of Glen Cove, and Lawrence K. Barbour of Marblehead, Mass.; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She was a member of the Atlantic Baptist Church
Funeral services will be Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Burpee funeral home with the Rev. William J. Robbins officiating.
Interment will be in Achorn cemetery, Rockland. She was buried in Achorn cemetery, Rockland.
