Surviving are a niece, Mrs. Liela M. Banks of Searsport; a grandniece, Mrs. Constance Smith of Belfast; a grandnephew, Merton J. Banks of Bangor.
Funeral services will be Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the Baptist Church at Atlantic, the Rev. Bruce Mathewson officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Atlantic.

Death certificate signed by Dr. James H. Crowe. He was buried in Rose Hill cemetery, Atlantic. Never married. Lived with sister Maidy. He had an acknbowledged son out of wedlock, Sherman William Joyce, Jr., son of Hattie E. Staples.
