Mitchell of Bass Harbor and Ronald E. Mitchell of South Portland. She is survived by her two sons, Donald K. Osier of Frenchboro and Willard K. Osier Jr. of North Carolina; one grandson; one granddaughter; one sister, Verna Mitchell-Dobson of Portland; one brother, Herbert O. Mitchell of South Portland; and many friends at the Ridge Apartments in Southwest Harbor, where she resided since the death of her husband. A memorial service will be held on Frenchboro in mid-May, followed by interment at the family cemetery on Frenchboro.
