Fred M. Torrey and Jessie B. Kelley were married on 4 July 1879 in Swan's Island, Hancock County, Maine, USA. Jessie B. Kelley was born on 13 January 1861 in Tremont, Hancock County, Maine, USA. She died in 1941. She was buried in Mt. Height cemetery, Southwest Harbor.⁵
