Swan's Island: Mrs. Erdine B. Trask, 89, widow of Cleveland Trask, died May 3, 1979, at a Rockport hospital following a long illness. Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Swan's Island Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Swan's Island. She was buried in Rose Hill cemetery, Atlantic.

Erdine Belle Kent and John M. (Jack) Watling were married. John M. (Jack) Watling, son of Jubel Watling and Grace McDonald, was born on 23 April 1886 in Black River Bridge, New Brunswick, Canada. He died on 30 March 1953 at the age of 66 in Swan's Island, Hancock County, Maine, USA. Death certificate signed by Dr. Ercell B. Brors. He was buried in Grindle Hill cemetery, Swan's Island. Aunt Janet said that John lived in Portland; moved to Boston during the depression, Elbridge thinks that he also worked at a garage or in a shop; may have sold real estate. Grace often visited Uncle Jack; Mildred MacKay said that he often invited young people from Black River to his place. Grace also visited him at Eastport, near Portland. He lived one winter with his brother, Jim.

Erdine Belle Kent and Cleveland James Trask were married on 18 November 1954 in Swan's Island, Hancock County, Maine, USA. Cleveland James Trask, son of John H. Trask and Annie Belle Verrill, was born on 12 October 1884 in Swan's Island, Hancock County, Maine, USA. He died on 20 October 1968 at the age of 84 in Ellsworth, Hancock County, Maine, USA. Swan's Island: Cleveland J. Trask, 83, died Sunday at an Ellsworth hospital after a brief illness.
He was born in Swan's Island, Oct. 12, 1884, the son of John and Anna Trask.
He was a member of the Methodist Church here.
He is survived by his widow, Erdine (Kent) Trask of Swan's Island; one sister, Mrs. Vincie Clark of Rockland; several cousins.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Methodist Church here with the Rev. Mrs. Bruce Mathewson officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery here. He was buried on 22 October 1968 in Rose Hill cemetery, Atlantic.
