33. Esther Clara Stanley was born on 19 April 1885 in Swan's Island, Hancock County, Maine, USA. She died on 13 June 1971 at the age of 86 in Rockland, Knox County, Maine, USA. ESTHER DOLLIVER
Owls Head: Mrs. Esther Dolliver, 86, widow of Augustus G. Dolliver, died June 13 at Rockland.
Born on Swan's Island, April 19, 1885, she was the daughter of Freeman and Aurilla (Gott) Stanley.
She attended public schools at Swan's Island and lived there during the early years of her married life. Over 50 years ago the family moved to Rockland where she became a member of Pratt Memorial United Methodist Church, an affiliation which she retained until ill health forced her to remain at home.
For the past 35 years she has been a resident of Owls Head.
Mrs. Dolliver is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Robert C. Gregory of Owls Head; two grandsons, Donald R. Gregory of Maryland and David D. Gregory of Germany; two great-grandchildren and three nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in the Carpenter Funeral Home with the Rev. Harry Starbuck, officiating. Burial will be at Achorn Cemetery. She was buried in Achorn Cemetery, Rockland, Maine.

Esther Clara Stanley and Augustus Greeley "Gus" Dolliver were married about 1904. Augustus Greeley "Gus" Dolliver, son of Albert Stanley Dolliver and Clara Abbey Wasgatt, was born on 22 October 1884 in Bar Harbor, Hancock County, Maine, USA. He was a Yachtsman. He was a Lobster Fisherman. Gus died on 7 November 1970 at the age of 86 in Owls Head, Knox County, Maine, USA. AUGUSTUS DOLLIVER
Owls Head: Augustus G. Dolliver, 86, of North Shore Drive, Owls Head, died Nov. 7, at a Rockland hospital.
He was born at Bar Harbor Oct. 22, 1884, the son of Albert and Clara (Wasgatt) Dolliver.
He was a yachtsman and lobster fisherman by occupation. He was a former resident of Prospect Harbor, Swan's Island, and Rockland before moving here 35 years ago.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Esther (Stanley) Dolliver, to whom he had been married for 66 years; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Gregory of Owls Head; two grandsons, two great-grandchildren and two nieces.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Russell Funeral Home, Rockland with the Rev. Harry Starbuck officiating. Burial will be in Achorn Cemtery, Rockland. He was buried in Achorn Cemetery, Rockland, Maine.
