Russell was born in Rockland, Me to Carrol and Luella Boardman ( Joyce) on September 8, 1932. It is noted on this document that he passed away on his birthday at the age of 4years and is buried in Offs Corner Cemetary in Jefferson, Me.' He was buried in Offs Corner cemetery, Jefferson, Maine.
