He is survived by his beloved wife, Cassie (Jenkins) Scott of Minturn; two brothers, Raymond and Austin Scott, both of South Thomaston; three sisters, Mrs. Maurice (Hattie) Smith, and Mrs. Thad (Pauline) Grotten, both of Rockland, and Mrs. Ernest (Rita) Zeoli of Brockton, Mass.; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, 1983, from the Advent Christian Church of Minturn with the Rev. Winslow Hall officiating. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Atlantic. Arrangements by Fernald Funeral Chapel, Mount Desert. He was buried on 14 December 1983 in Rose Hill cemetery, Atlantic. A fisherman, carpenter & boat builder. Gleason Scott and Cassie L. Jenkins were married on 23 May 1938 in Swan's Island, Hancock County, Maine, USA. Cassie L. Jenkins was born on 29 November 1919 in Stonington, Hancock County, Maine, USA.2 She died on 27 April 1997 in Camden, Knox County, Maine, USA.2 She was buried on 29 April 1997 in Rose Hill cemetery, Atlantic.2 Cassie was member of the Advent Christian Church.
