Carmichael, Calif.: Lowell C . Stewart, 64, died Nov. 8 at a Carmichael, Calif., hospital as a result of a heart attack. He was born at Swan's Island, the son of Alpha and Orpha Lowell Stewart.
He was a graduate of Kents Hill Academy and the University of Maine. He was an executive with Keyes Fibre Co. of Waterville and California.
He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Upham Stewart, a son Peter and daughter Ann all of Carmichael, Calif.; one sister, Margaret Hughes of Swan's Island; cousins.
Memorial services will be held Thursday at the Sierra View, Fair Oaks, Boulevard, Carmichael, Calif. Lived at Waterville. He worked for Keyes Fiber.

Charles Lowell Stewart and Beatrice M. Upham were married on 19 December 1930 in Manchester, New Hampshire, USA. Beatrice M. Upham was born on 27 August 1906 in Rockport, Knox County, Maine, USA. She died in April 1981 in Carmichael, California, USA.
