Swan's Island and Rockland: Gladys Stinson Hall, 95, died April 2, 1982, at an Ellsworth nursing home. She was born on Swan's Island, Sept. 25, 1886, the daughter of Samuel and Josephine (Wasgatt) Stinson. She is survived by one sister, Elizabeth Smith of Swan's Island and Ellsworth; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, April 5, 1982, at the Fernald Funeral Chapel, Mount Desert. Burial will be in Sea View Cemetery, Rockland. She was buried in Sea View cemetery, Rockland. No children.

Harry B. Hall died in Maine State Prison. Convicted of killing a policeman. Convicted of killing a Rockland Policeman. Spent life in the Maine State Prison at Thomaston.
